The 2016 Special Effort Raffle was held in Term 3 and our NBCA choir families put in a tremendous effort. Like singing, fundraising seems to be a constant in the life of the Choir. The income from Tuition fees alone does not meet the continued improvements required to maintain and upgrade equipment used to offer a quality choral education for the boys. The recent Raffle made an important contribution in offsetting some of the Choir’s operating costs.
The NBCA is very grateful when sponsors come on board and this year’s raffle saw some exciting prizes being awarded to seven lucky winners—a $1000 shopping voucher from Fletchers Real Estate, Melbourne Opera A Reserve tickets, a wine introduction course and exciting language course donated by Armadale Cellars, Melbourne Victory tickets courtesy of National Australia Bank, tickets to the 2016 NBCA Christmas Concert and gorgeous hand-cream from Crabtree & Evelyn. The NBCA appreciates the generosity behind such wonderful prizes. All winners have now been contacted.
