Mrs Alexandra Boemo has retired after twenty years of working with our training choirs and travelling as a staff member/ chaperone on many of our tours (both domestic and international). We thank Alex most sincerely for all she has contributed to our organisation, and we wish her well as she endeavours to find some time for travel in coming years.
We are delighted to announce that Ms Mandy Lyn Brook will step up and lead the Elementary and Junior Choirs.
Mrs Wendy Di Luzio is also moving on after many years organising the NBCA wardrobe department, beginning as assistant to Peika Namdarian and taking over the reins when Peika retired. We thank Wendy for all she has contributed, particularly all the ‘behind the scenes’ work on fittings and costume making. Major stage productions are very demanding, and last year’s production All the King’s Men was no exception. Wendy will still be with the Wardrobe department during term 1, overseeing the staff changeover.
