Featuring the combined voices of the National Boys Choir of Australia (NBCA) and the Colorado Children’s Chorale, along with a separate concert in conjunction with Woden Valley Youth Choir, the NBCA is pleased to announce their Winter Tour.
The National Boys Choir of Australia (NBCA) will embark on its annual Winter Concert Tour on Friday June 24, performing concerts in Ballarat, Albury, Canberra and Sydney.
The NBCA is delighted to be joined in Ballarat and Sydney by the Colorado Children’s Chorale, who are presently touring Australia, and in Canberra by the Woden Valley Youth Choir. Youthful purity of sound blends with sophisticated musicianship in highly varied programs, presented with all the energy and showmanship these young singers can muster.
Andrew Bainbridge, Artistic and Administrative Director, is thrilled to once again present the NBCA with wonderful opportunities to collaborate and perform with some of the world’s most talented youth choirs: “It is rare that children’s choirs of such a high calibre have the opportunity to perform together, and these boys and girls are eager to show just what they can do. This series of Concerts is not to be missed!”
The NBCA will also present private concerts in Yass, Goulburn, Mosman and Manly, as well as a brief performance at Parliament House in Canberra, and attendance at the Last Post Ceremony at the Australian War Memorial.
