Boys will need to be delivered to/ collected from Hamer Hall Stage Door.

(There will be two one hour-long shows with the Salvos’ top band, guest singers and the Choir – 11am and 1.30pm).

 

Venue:                 Hamer Hall, The Arts Centre

Please enter via stage door at the rear of the hall

You are welcome to drop boys off/ watch them enter the door to save on parking.

We will bring the boys outside at the end of the day as well for those who wish to

drive by/ avoid the need to park again. (Southgate Ave off City Rd at rear of the hall)

Arrive:                  8.45am (please allow time for heavy Christmas traffic – sorry! . . . perhaps Public Transport may be an option???

Wear:                    Choir uniform with short-sleeved white shirt, tie, black shoes and socks (blazer if cool)

Bring:                    Robe in robe bag with white jiffies, white socks and white v-neck t shirt

Music satchel with small snack and drink (lunch will be provided)

Depart:                 2.50pm from Hamer Hall Stage Door

 

A reminder that the CEP is a legal requirement for boys under 15 to be absent from school during school term.   I urge you to chase the Principal to get this signed ASAP.
