NBCA Performing chorister, Isaac Pearson, graced the stage in Melbourne earlier this year. Isaac was selected by CLOC Theatre to play in the Sequins dancing pair for Strictly Ballroom: The Musical at The National Theatre in May. The musical had its global premiere in 2014, followed by successful seasons at Her Majesty’s Theatre in Melbourne and The Lyric Theatre in Queensland. The tale was originally created for the stage by Baz Luhrmann while still a student at NIDA in Sydney back in 1984.
