The Royal Children’s Hospital Neonatal Unit have for many years now held their fundraising luncheon, Opera in the Roses, in the beautiful gardens at Cruden Farm – the home of the late Dame Elisabeth Murdoch.

On this occasion the sun shone in a cloudless sky as over 500 guests gathered to enjoy an afternoon of dining and music, entertained by Olivia Cranwell, Carlos Enrique Barcenas Ramirez, Lorina Gore and Josh Rogan, all young artists forging their way with Opera Australia, Victorian Opera and instrumental music careers – and not forgetting our very own NBCA boys.

The National Boys Choir of Australia acknowledges the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of the land on which we rehearse and work. We pay respect to their elders past, present and emerging.
