Each year we encourage boys in the training choirs to participate in as many concert performance opportunities as possible. The Elementary boys, or youngest choristers, make their debut at the Annual Elementary Junior Concert, held this year in August at the Ringwood Secondary College.
Greeting an audience under the stage lights can be a daunting exercise for any performer but not so for our youngsters – under the guiding hands of Alexandra Boemo, Ruth Tenace and Peter Finnigan the Elementary choristers sang a variety of songs to an appreciative audience of over 300 people. The Junior choristers joined them for the finale to sing a fun medley from the Stage Show Annie.
