For 24 years the Choir has enjoyed singing carols at the Myer Music Bowl for the Annual Vision Australia’s Carols by Candlelight. This year 30 boys participated in the opening song featuring Simon Casey as soloist for O Come All Ye Faithful. The boys also joined with Lorin Nicholson (guitar), Patrick Rogers (Violin) and Christie Whelan as they performed The First Nowell.
It would not be Carols without Denis Walter and the boys were thrilled to support Denis as he sang Hark the Herald Angels.
A further 20 boys had fun singing and dancing as part of the Hi5 segment – this is always exciting part of Carols for the children in the audience as the cast of Hi5 meet up with Santa and farewell him on his journey to deliver his precious cargo.
